Soy pre-flour

Soy pre-flour is obtained from soybean seeds through an appropriate thermal treatment process, resulting in white to creamy-colored flakes. 

It is a protein-rich product, with over 50% protein on a dry basis and a low fat content.

Applications

Soy flakes are used in the production of biscuits, pasta, soups, sauces, animal feed and in the pharmaceutical industry.
