Goemil S/A Food Products Industry was founded through the partnership of two food industry companies headquartered in Rio Grande do Sul. Today, Goemil is controlled by Baldo S/A Trade, Industry and Export, H Miguel Participações Eirelli, and Parô Participações Eirelli.

The Industrial Complex began operations on May 30, 2011, and is located in Palmeiras de Goiás/GO. As part of its infrastructure, Goemil also has an administrative office in Lajeado/RS.

For over a decade, the company has been dedicated to the food industry, specializing in soybean processing and its derivatives, as well as the production of textured soy protein. Goemil serves both domestic and international markets, supplying products for human and animal consumption while strictly adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining absolute quality control.
