Textured Soy Protein

Textured soy proteins are derived from soybean flour. Due to their excellent hydration and water retention properties, they can be used in various culinary applications, primarily for cost reduction, texture enhancement, increased protein content and improved nutritional quality. 

Textured soy protein has a protein content of over 50% on a dry basis.
