Transparency Channel
& Ethics Committee
The Transparency Channel Ethics Committee were established to facilitate the reporting and investigation of potential violations of the Code of Ethics and Conducts, current legislation, and Goemil’s policies, regulations and procedures.
If you identify any misconduct, whether through actions or omissions, by employees or associates, it must be reported immediately
to disciplinary action. However, false, conspiratorial or retaliatory complaints are strictly condemned.
All Reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality, and anonymous submissions are accepted. Goemil ensures that no retaliation will be taken against individuals who submit reports in good faith.
